Refund policy

We will offer a replacement or a refund in the following two scenarios:

  • Damaged Product: If the product seal is broken or the packaging is visibly damaged during transit.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you received an item different from what you originally ordered.

2. Reporting Window (Strict 48 Hours)

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Any requests made after this timeframe will not be entertained or accepted.

3. Mandatory Proof Required

To evaluate and approve your request, our team will strictly require:

  • A clear unboxing video or high-quality photos of the damaged/wrong product.

  • Your Order ID and Invoice/Proof of Purchase.
