Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Health Sootra. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery Time: It usually takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery across India depending upon your location (Metro cities are usually delivered faster).

  • Optional: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499 (or change as per your store rule).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

  • You can track your live order directly on our website using the "Track Your Order" page in the main menu.

4. Courier Partners

  • We ship our products through trusted courier networks via Shiprocket (including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

5. Wrong Address & Non-Delivery

  • Customers are requested to provide the correct and complete shipping address along with a valid mobile number.

  • Health Sootra will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Damages

  • If you receive your order damaged, please preserve the original packaging and the product condition.

  • Kindly refer to our Refund & Return Policy to report a damaged item within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.
