Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Health Sootra. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery Time: It usually takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery across India depending upon your location (Metro cities are usually delivered faster).

Optional: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499 (or change as per your store rule).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

You can track your live order directly on our website using the "Track Your Order" page in the main menu.
4. Courier Partners

We ship our products through trusted courier networks via Shiprocket (including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.
5. Wrong Address & Non-Delivery

Customers are requested to provide the correct and complete shipping address along with a valid mobile number.

Health Sootra will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please preserve the original packaging and the product condition.

Kindly refer to our Refund & Return Policy to report a damaged item within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.
